American Mortgage Professionals, Inc is a local Mortgage Provider owned by Kenneth and Peggy Terrill. Founded in 1992, the company is approved by FHA and VA. The Terrill's have been providing mortgages to San Diegans since 1974. The company was called Terrill Financial, Inc. prior to the name change in 1992.

We offer personal Service.  A human answers the telephone during business hours, not a machine. Yes, we have computers just like everyone else. We just don't think you should have to talk to one or go thru endless menu's only to leave a voice mail and hope someone calls you back. If you want our home phone number look under Terrill in the San Diego Metro Book, we are listed there. We are a low cost provider of Reverse Mortgages. As senior citizens ourselves (Ken is 66 and Peggy is 60) we understand the concerns of those interested in a Reverse Mortgage.  We will beat any legitimate written quote you have from any other provider.  We're not trying to get rich doing this but we do have to pay the employee's and have a little left as recompense for our labors.

They are: FHA Monthly Home Equity Conversion Mortgage, FHA Annual Home Equity Conversion Mortgage, FNMA, Cash Account and Zero Point. Each has it's advantages.  We will help you choose the one best suited to your needs.  We can accommodate property values up to $10,000,000.00.
