1. Telephone 800-481-9999 and ask for Ken at ext. 118. Local # is 619-299-9041 or call 619-299-3863 evenings or weekends. If I am busy ask to leave a paper message and I will call you back as soon as I am free. You can leave a voice mail if you wish but I can not guarantee as rapid a response.

Either way your message will end up in my mail box.  I check my e-mail frequently so you should get a response in a few hours except on Sundays.

3. Anonymous quotes. You can either e-mail or call. If you prefer not to give your name or your phone number that's perfectly acceptable.  To prepare a quote I need the following information:

A. Your Date(s) of Birth, ages or Mo. & Yr. of Birth to provide an accurate benefit quote.

B. Your Zip Code

C. The approximate value of your property

D. The balance of any mortgages or liens against the property

HUD/FHA requires Seniors to have a 3rd party consultation prior to starting loan processing. This can be done by telephone or in person, your choice. We can assist you in getting an appoint ment with a reliable counselor. This service is free of charge.
